Hey everyone,
I was seriously considering recabling my C3's and was wondering about a couple of things.
question 1-where to get cable, headphone jack, and y splitter-i have found a site-homegrown audio co that sells silver headphone wire(and yes silver is what I'd like to do)and was wondering if i had any better options in terms of other places to get silver headphone wire. also, i need to find a place to get a headphone jack and a y splitter.
Question 2-what awg wire should i use? the klipsch wire seems rather thin, but the awg is pretty important because the wire has to be able to fit through the thing at the top of the wire(shoot i cant remember the name...its like a ear guide thing-its the thing that goes over your ear). is there a way to figure out the awg of the current klipsch cable, or does anyone know it?
question 3-how could i make the cable removable?
thanks everyone-im sure that im forgetting something here to ask, but if you think i should know it, feel free to answer any of the appropriate questions that i might not be asking. thanks!
