Hi guys!
 
Have you ever recable headset?
 
I wuold need two cables for the sound and one for the mic.
What kind of  cable would you recommend?
 
There is also y adapter (3.5mm 4-pole to dual 3.5mm) connects headset to my mixamp,can it be ignored and just wrap all cables to one 3.5mm plug?
 
Headset is Qpad QH-1339

Don't do that. Just search around here, you'll get lots of ideas and find lots of helpful guides and tutorials.

That cat 6 cable,would it be like using stock cable? Is there any point use that?

I have tryed look around forum,but it is hard find when you dont no what to look for.
But thanks for the tips,I just have to search little deeper.

Don't use cat 6. Can you give us some pictures of the headphones the adapter and what you want to replace?

Your best bet would be to buy cable that is single strand then twist it yourself to a length you like. I would probably use two plugs and keep the y adapter because the separate plug for mic and sound is more standard and will work on a PC if you forget the mixamp.

Then I would use 4 cables for the sound in a litz braid http://www.chimeralabs.com/diy_braid.html cover them with the paracord.
 
Then I would twist the two cables for the mic together and also put them in paracord.
 
Finally twist the audio and mic cords together and heatshrink them near the bottom and where they enter the headphone, and use a zip tie inside the headphone cup to keep the cord from pulling out.
 
That is how I would do it. Also for the audio you want a 3.5mm plug that is stereo and for the mic you want a mono 3.5mm ( I like switchcraft plugs but rean is also good).

then just split the mic and audio 2-3 inches away from where you are going to put the plugs on, and put some heatshrink on that spot (it will look like a y split there are various methods of making this look good).

Thanks, I'll do that. Not quite sure about leaving y adapter, but I'll give it some thought.

You can make your own y adapter if you wanted to as well not sure if it'll make a difference.

Now that i finaly got time for this projekt and opened headset.
Problems just get worse.

I never guessed that there would be circuitboard inside.
