What do you guys who have really small amps use for enclosures? I'm talking about smaller than an altoids tin. I usually see pictures of sijosae's amps but they're never cased up. Right now I'm considering the hammond 1591ms. Has anybody had any experience with this case? WIll it fit a 9V if it is oriented so that the battery connectors are touching the long side of the box?

another way to shield a case is to use "metal foil tape" available at home depot in the HVAC and Duct dept or in the Windows and Doors dept

this is great stuff..... you just tape up the inside totally and it acts like a faraday cage

I use the Hammond 1455C801 a lot. It's all metal, too. But with all of the plastic cases that I've used, I've never had any kind of problem with EMI from any external source, not even my horribly shielded computer with an uncased MINT sitting on top of it.
