I know my question may not relate to the headphone section but I seriously need your advise. If I use paypal(credit card) to pay for the seller on ebay, is there any way to get my money back when the seller is a scammer?

indeed it is possible. file a complaint with paypal asap! if that doesn't work you can also press this via your credit card, but be willing to sacrifice your paypal acct if you go that route.

Yes, Paypal will provide coverage in case the deal goes sour. However, you'll need to wait a certain length of time before filing a case. I don't remember the exact number of days.

Or you can report to cancel the payment from your bank asap.
My noob friend bought a 500$ nvidia 9800gx2 from obvious scammer. (13 feedback, he claims that he is from us but wont ship to us or canada!!) He made the bank cancel the payment.

you can also file complaint with ebay and you can do business only with highly-rated vendors
