Yeah i know that these headphones are pretty different but i don't care abt Bluetooth i just need sound quality and after listening sony's i am in love with them they are warm enough and sounds fun to me and some say they are even better than vmoda m100s so help me

xb = extra bass = basshead cans--that's far more bass than "warm".  The M100 is a well regarded basshead lite can.
 
You'll have to be more specific about the sound signature you are seeking.  What is "fun" to you will not be "fun" for everyone.
