The price seems way too good to be true right now (since Amazon is selling it for $170) to be real.
 
Any opinions on this?

The price is only $12 off of Amazon - IMO the price falls a bit short of "too good to be true." Now if they were $99... or $79, I would be wary.

Yeah. eBay generally has a pretty good price off amazon. I've picked up IEMs for $40-$50 off.

If they are an official retailer, then yes, if not probably not. So you won't get their standard warranty. Their immortal warranty covers all I believe though. The one with the half off on the next headphone purchase directly from them. You may need to double check with their support though.
