This shop you posted the link for looks like a good idea. They have some nice stuff and it's not expensive. You'll pay a little more than ebay but for a beginner it's usually worth it to have someone who lnows what they are doing service and support you when you are first setting up.
Of their decks I'd go for the Technics SL1500 as the arm can be upgraded at a future date.
