I'm not entirely sure if this is the right forum, but...
I've been having issues with EAC (I believe my version is V.95b4 if it makes a difference). I have a one CD in not-so-great condition that plays perfectly in my portable CD player. However, when I rip it using EAC, EAC will detect errors in the first few seconds of the of the offending tracks. After attempting error correction, EAC proceeds to crash and I'm back where I started.
I've tried every single combination of the drive options... C2, no C2 (my drive claims to have C2) etc. The only thing I haven't tried is "Paranoid Mode" because of potential harm to my CD drive.
Any suggestions?
