I found I need to install the file "msvcr71.dll" in my "Windows\system32".
That file is required for the "acdir.exe" in the tool directory.
Without that file, I was ripping using image file and the result was no other files than the .log was in my output directory.
I hope will save you time reading and figure what is not working. I am glad to found that.
