I ordered the RE2 and E5 bundle from Head-Direct yesterday, but after reading some reviews here I am worried that the RE2 won't have enough bass even with the E5's bass boost (I like to feel the bass like I did with my s4's). Could anyone that has this bundle let me know how much bass it puts out and what the sound is like?

EDIT: I hear the NE-7M has a lot of bass and it is another lower priced IEM suggested here, will the E5 help the RE2 come close to matching the NE-7M's level of bass?

A wacky choice of packaging. The RE2 is the one set in the series that doesn't need amping.

Get the NE-7s, definitely. The RE2s aren't bad phones--they're some of my favorite cheapo running phones--but they're not bass phones.
