Just wondering if the RE0 filters are acoustically transparent?
I did a nozzle filter removal from the IM70 and it cleaned up the sound quite significantly but don't like how it's straight open to the driver... that OCD
So... my question is the RE0/RE-400 acoustically transparent? No negative effects on the SQ?
Cheers if anybody could answer this question, it would be most helpful

So I guess they roll off the treble as predicted? Damn. I kind of dig the treble energy of IM70 filterless
Know of any transparent filters? Or should I just go straight bare

those are it, they let nothing through and don't change much in sound

Yes, RE0 filters are acoustically transparent. It sounds very very close to unfiltered IM70.
