Hi I'm after a bit of advice.

I have a pair of UE Triple-Fi 10's and they really don't fit my ear that well. Is it worth looking into re-shelling them or should I sell them and try another pair of Universal IEM's?

I was looking at http://www.uniquemelody.com.au/ for the work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I like the sound of the TF10's but they really aren't comfortable.

Cheers

If you really like the TF10's sound signature then reshell them, Inearz does it for $90.

I would recommend re-shelling. But before you do, try some different tips if you can get your hands on them. Re shelling is not a simple process, since you have to factor in ear impressions and shipping as well as possible re-fits if your initial re-shell doesn't fit properly. So do keep that in mind.

Due to potential re-fitting problems I would prefer to deal with an AU company as I'm in Aus. International shipping and once sent back would probably be around the same cost.

Yeah I'm in the process of moving and can't find the other tips that came with them but fit wise it's not the seal that is uncomfortable the shells actually push against my tragus (http://www.iha-online.co.uk/mediac/400_0/media/extear.jpg).

I have tried the reverse fit method but it doesn't seem to help too much.
