I wonder if anyone has a suggestion for a "audiophile" quality RCA toggle switch.

I would like to be able to switch between two amps from my M-DAC RCA output.

Your suggestions would be appreciated.

no need to switch anything Just use a one in two out RCA adapter.  There is no degradation to sonics.
