The Outlaw RCA cables are very popular, and affordable as well.

The real question is how much are you willing to spend. But in all seriousness the outlaw cables are a good buy. I have had good experience with Kimber PBJ and hero interconnects though. I currently use Harmonic Technologies Pro-Silway II and I like them very much but thats probably more than you want to spend.
