Yes, they do, for $24 by Fedex. You'll have it in your hands by one or two days typically. You'll pay $7 + GST/PST for taxes when the Fedex guys shows up at your door.

Clarification -- the LDM+ is really great. More refined with deliciously smooth midrange with no loss of detail, clearer treble, and fuller sounding than the PengAmp.
