1000+ Head-Fier
With summer here and people looking for good music to blare loudy out open windows, I wanted to give mention to Daft Punk's Alive 2007 CD. (I finally picked it out as I am a little slow over here in regards to music.)
People raved about the tour; about how they half expected the pyramid to take off at the end; it even garned the rarest of good reviews by those don't like dance music. And if one holds preconceived notions about fuffy, happy Daft Punk, this album throws them out the window (the ideas I mean). With big crunchy bass and synth lines that would make a dead man dance, it's a great buy for the summer. It even had me bobbing my head like a fool listening on my normally chamber-music tempered AD2k/yammy set up.
My only nitpick: Crowd noises through out the entire song! When will producers learn we hate that!
