I know that on the headamp website it states that the g-lite has 1w output... but it doesnt say at what impedance. Anyone have an idea?

Well the impendance of a heapdhone tends to vary through out the frequency response (as can be seen in =255]this graph, so even though it says 1 watt it could definitely change at different frequencies.
Although if I had to guess I think it would probably be outputting 1 watt at no load.

hah, so at 300 ohms that must be darn near 50mW or something output, just speculation however.
