how good do you guys think the sony nwz-b135 is in terms of sound quality?

sounds good with my sony mdr-7506.

i'm thinking about getting some sennheiser ie8s,

will this tiny sony player do them justice?

all i want is a tiny 2gb flash player,

are the small sony flash players inferior to the larger models

thx

I personally wouldn't bother with the b series, its inferior to the rest of the walkman range in every way.
It was originally designed as a dictation thingy but it didn't sell so sony gave it a flashy look so people would be more interested.
Battery life is poor, sound quality is average and thats it.
To be honest it doesn't really feel like a sony nor sound like one.
Why sony is selling this when they could be selling the SUPERB e series is beyond me.

I just picked up one of these for the gym because i managed to get it cheap. Its fine for the gym and low rate mp3s, but above that i don't rate it that much.

The BASS button is laughable, never heard such forced boomy and sloppy low end, it totally overwhelms. I wasn't expecting any better, but does beg the question why they bothered with it if it was going to be so rubbish.
