7.) Kaldas RR-1 Conquest (pad rolled)
8.) Beyerdynamic DT 480 - 25 Ohm (modded) - Above this mark I find all of them comfortable
- Below this mark is where I start finding them uncomfortable

1) Ultrasone Pro 750 (Wear it everyday, all day for work). Never gets hot or bothers me, I have to put it at top because of perfect fit and pads are all day comfort.
2) HD600 (Super comfortable, pads get a tad warm over time vs. the Ultrasone for me).
3) HE6SE V2 (Pretty comfortable, somewhat heavy but the band fits my head well and I like the fabric pads).
4) Ultrasone Signature Natural (Comfortable fit but I don't love pleather pads because they heat up more than velours). All my other headphones have velour pads. Good fit and comfort minus the heat generation from pads over long sessions. Strong clamp but it's a great seal and the clamp is not an issue with a closed back.
5) HE500 (This one could be higher but I like the sound of the donut pads the most which use hard form. Also - heavy.) Really with alternative pads, comfort greatly improves but I haven't found any pads I like more than the stock hard donut pads and so I stick with them).
None of these are any issues for me for medium length listening sessions, it's just going into longer sessions, the ones on bottom can start to annoy a little bit.
I don't know that I could sit down and rank everything I've ever owned, but the three that come immediately to mind in terms of supreme comfort are the AudioQuest Nighthawk, the Empyrean and the Sivga Luan.
