I haven't heard the Ru7, but I enjoy the Nunchaku a lot. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on Ru7 vs Nunchaku. What would you say are the main reasons the Ru7 sounds better?

You make a very interesting point about Topping G5 being preferred over DC Elite. May I know what are the reasons, purely in terms of sound? Because if indeed the G5 is at least ~90-95% of the DC Elite, I might as well get it, especially considering the huge price difference currently here in India.

as the op said, battery powered not allowed, so there is that.
g5 is more linear less v/w shpaed than elite and to me elite soundstage is slightly weird. if you are into laser precision, fastness and details in the first place, you might like the elite better tho

I have a Moondrop Dawn Pro and ordered a Cayin Ru-6 for the sennheiser ie600. Do you think the tonality of the Ru-6 is good for the u-shaped ie600? Is Fiio KA15 as good as Ibasso DC07 Pro? I think I keep the Cayin but for an opposite tonality I could upgrade from the Dawn Pro.
