I picked this up after reading a very positive review in Spin Magazine. I wasn't even tracking its release, but seeing how it is a side project of TV on the Radio Frontman Kyp Malone, seemed like a no brainer.

Its got a little different sound than TV on the Radio but it is a very engaging listen and the SQ is terrific. It may take few listens to get used to, but I thought this was worth mentioning.

Notable songs so far include New Last Name and Smiling Black Faces.

If you are a fan of rhythm, you will like this album. The music has a slight nod to classic Talking Heads, but is definitely something new.

Hold You Wholly and Desperate Bit** are great songs as well. Solid album all the way thru.

nice tip, thanks.

would you say it leans more toward Cookie Mountain or Dear Science? or is it not analogous enough to say either way?
