Just bought a Radioshack Headphone Volume Booster. Works well with my Sennheiser HD497 and Panasonic SL-CT800. There is a very noticeable increase in volume and less distortion at high volumes. It can be used with up to 3 headsets. I will try this with the Sennheiser HD600 soon. Home it works well. Hmmm.

I bet you will hear distortion and clipping with HD600. I experienced it in my early days with headphones when I tried the Boosteroo, an original version (also producer) of the Ratshack you got, with HD580.

Beleive me. Return it before 30 days and have your hand on other portable amps (TA, Porta Corda, Super-mini, Meta, etc.....) You will hear the difference "night and day" and ask yourself "How could I like this thing at the first place?"
