I'm looking for a decent first headphone amp for myself to drive my A900s that are on their way (I know they're not that hard to drive, btw, but they won't be my last pair of phones).

I'm looking for dual power (batteries and DC power) so I can use it occasionally with my Karma as well as it's primary purpose- sitting on my computer.

Any quick thoughts on these two? Both companies seem to be well-thought of around here, but I just want to make sure I'm not missing something on one or the other of them.
