I've been unsucessful in finding a plugin for AIF files in winamp. any suggestions? links would be highly appreciated

i know this is an old post, but i figured i d respond anyway to help others if possible.
 
just install this, restart winamp, and u should be good to go

Or you could use other players, unless you hooked on winamp.

Very old post now, but anyways : Download the AIFF/AIF plugin, add to your plugins directory (program files> win-amp > plugins. 
once thi sis done , go to preferences in winamp Go to inshow decoder under plugins, and then hit configure, add AIFF and AIF extensions to the little box
