I was wondering a quick question about the pico dac/amp.

Probably not, but I was wondering if you could (like the ibasso d10) use both the headphone out as well as the "Input" jack as well to output a sound. And if you can use both outputs simultaneously.

I want to connect both my speakers and my headphone amp into a source and I was curious as to whether the Pico dac amp does that.

If not, what DAC amps can do this?

no and no
none of the portables will do this, there is zero need to be able to output to 2 different amps while on the go. there are myriad of home dacs that will, or you could just use a splitter or passive preamp from the pico or D10,or D4 etc
