Hey guys. I am looking for a nice canal phone for less than 150. Preferably less than 100. It is to be used with my ipod. My question is if canal phones can image as well as headphones? Or is this sound seemingly in-your-head. I am sure you all know what I am talking about. Also any recommendations for nice canal phones in my price range? Thanks!

The ones (e2c, e5c, se530) i've had don't image well. They're effectly point sources (all frequencies originate at the same point) inside your ear.

I believe you can find se210s for less than 100.
