im running my A900 through a good cmoy to my zen touch now.
well, i have my a900s un modded, and they sound ok- they are a bit more laid back than when i modded them but more pleasant to listen to i think...
but i found one way to make the mod sound relaly good, which is the blu tak mod with no cotton wool but with the DADS foam , and with some eq-ing of my zen touch. sound PERFECT liek that. i love it. i guess there is a possibility of modding to with tose EQs but im not sure to so yeah....cotton wool always gets "out of place" when i put it in. i open it up and its like all over the place...
my eq settings are: 100: 5 300: 6 3k: 3 12k:7

if you have any recommendations on a mod to gte this eq sound that would be graet hehe
anyways, one problem with the mod is that the snare drum sounds really thin and airy....doesnt sound very firm and solid. any opinions on how i could help this?the basss is thick, the mid bass is awesome with my EQ, and the highs are clean. the mids are just right for me and forward.
