I am considering purchasing a set of K701's and was curious how the cable is terminated out of the box? Will I need an adaptor to use it with my total bithead?

I am just curious in the state AKG shps them i, are they terminated in XLR, 1/4 or ideally the standard iPod headphone jacks?
