Interesting, Questyle returning to the West in some small way. I've always loved their gear. It was sad when they disappeared.

The QPM is one of my favorite DAP's all-time, even without a touchscreen. Such a clean sound. And the CMA Twelve Master is one of the finest headphone amps I have heard. I would love to have both.

I never got to hear the QPM. I was going to get one for review, but then they retreated from the West. If I'd been in my current job, I would have bought the last CMA Twelve in Europe, but I couldn't justify it on my salary. I don't think the Master Twelve ever made it here. My CMA600i is still in my top rig and one of my best purchases. I will probably eventually replace it with a Benchmark DAC, but not yet.

I've never heard any of their stuff but I've been curious about whether their 'current mode' amplification is just marketing-speak or if it actually presents real benefits. It looks like all of their products right now are integrated DAC/Amps, but I'd be open to trying something out from them if they release a dedicated amp without a DAC in the future (it looks like their last one from years ago has been discontinued). I've always preferred to keep my DACs and Amps separate.

I believe Bakoon makes the best rated current mode pure amp. It is somewhere around $5k but is highly rated for power greedy cans.
