I was recently able to grab this amp used at a great price, had the remote and everything. Thing is when I tried it out , the remote didn’t work, I tried changing the batteries and all that, no luck, found another remote online and that one also didn’t work. I’m assuming there’s an issue with the sensor on the amp. The amp has these digital filters on them but no way that I can see to change them without the remote, anybody that has had experience with this amp know if there is a way to change the filters without the remote? I kinda just wanted to see what they do to the sound, if anything. Thanks!

One way to check if either remotes are transmitting is to use a camera to see the led light.. sometimes the glass in front of a sensor is blind.. black plastic.. manufacturer forgot to replace it by the final ir one.. try to open the lid and point the remote to the sensor..
