I have a MS1 that I want to enjoy completely, and use on occasion a DT990 pre2003 edition that I won on eBay

and a DT990 2003 edition that Doc Meier is gonna order for me.

I hesitate between Airhead and Porta Corda 3.

I'm interested in PC3 as I can have a better price if I buy it qith the headphone, and because I always heard good things about Doc's amps.

But I still want your opinion and advices.

PS : I can't go in higher price than PC-3 price. Even the PC 3 is a bit expensive for me, but... well you know how we all are here !

I'd go for the Porta Corda in your case just because you mentioned it was a package deal. You won't go wrong with the Meier product (I've heard their higher models and they are great). The only thing the Airhead really has over the Porta is a superior crossfeed (according to reviews), and the dual output jacks.
