You finally did it!

Some more ideas for your Lite.

You can replace the Oscon with two LEDs in series or you can use batteries which is similar to what Modwright did with his preamp design.

The next change I made was swapping out the coupling caps for Mundorf Zn 2.2 uF.

The Zns are now Allen Wright's preferred coupling caps:

Thorsten put the 2.2s in his new Abbingdon Music Research player, also.

This cap upgrade has now broken in and it is really good.

The combination of these two changes unleashed an incredible DAC.

Bimmer116: Make these two simple changes, add a good pair of tubes, and you'll get the highs and detail you desire.

My next mod is to convert the B+ power filtering to choke input from CRC. I want to do some power filtering simulations first to help find optimum values. Ruach, did you do any simulations before adding in your choke?

After that maybe change the B+ rectification to Hexfreds.

How did the modding for the Lite 60 went? Are there more lite 60 owners out there that mod their dac? Can you guys post some pics with mod to have more ideas on what else we can do to push it further?

I was thinking, can you install a zapfilter for the lite 60?? Seeing how it can be applied to many applications, and how would I do that?
