Hi, I am hoping someone can enlighten me on the meanings of the different terms(words) used to refer to cables.

Words include:
-TWag
-TWcu
-ALO(Its the brand right? How about "ALO SXC"?)
-18awg
-22awg
-SXC
-Cryo
-22G Cryo
-OCC triple pipe
-PCOCC(can't rmb exactly)
-UPOCC
-etc... Things that are not listed and you feel that I should know off

All these terms are too much for a beginner to start looking for a cable

Thanks in advance!

TWag = The Wire: Silver (Silver's periodic symbol is Ag, get it?)
TWcu = The Wire: Copper
ALO SXC = Just a product
AWG = American Wire Gauge
Cryo = Read this for the process, don't necessarily believe all the pseudo-science
22G Cryo = Also just a product. The 22G stands for 22AWG.
OCC = An alternative to OFC (oxygen-free copper) (see question 3). Apparently stands for Ohno Continuous Cast. Triple-Pipe is just the product name and probably represents the three strands used.
PCOCC = Pure Copper Ohno Continuous Cast
UPOCC = Ultra-Pure Ohno Continuous Cast

I see you've been shopping at ALO. I also see that you don't know about http://www.google.com/
