Hello everyone,

Now that I have my HD-595s for my home setup, I'm looking at the iGrados as a portable set of headphones.

Do they leak a lot (I'm not worried about noise isolation as much as annoying someone near me)?

Overall, what do you guys think about them?

If you listen at a safe volume you are unlikely to annoy someone imo. Do yo plan to use the iGrado anywhere with a lot of background noise?

Pre-mod, the iGrados are surprisingly quiet. Post-mod, they leak much more. But I agree with Duggeh, if you're listening at safe levels in a quiet environment, you won't bother anyone. I listen to mine in a cube environment and haven't had any complaints....but I also have pretty cool co-workers.

I love mine. They leak, yes, but in quiet environment like a library you don't need to turn it up so much it annoy others. Don't forget to check out BrookR1 mod.

How are they for laying down like on a pillow. Seems not doable but it doesn't hurt to ask....

They are fine as long as you don't try to turn on your side.
