My newly bought studio V 3rd year anniversary edition shows quite a lot files marked with question mark next to them and does not play them at all. It is about 20% of all the files affected, both flacs and mp3.
Checked files info at my computer and they seem to be ok, all are 44k/16 and tags are ok too. They all played fine on sansa clip, so im confused a bit.
 
Did anybody have the same story with that player? If so, what is the solution to make it play those files?

ok, just managed to solve it.
In case someone encounters the same problem, here is the solution:
 
1. I removed all tags from files using tag.exe downloaded from http://www.synthetic-soul.co.uk/files/tag_2.0.52.zip
    (about half of affected files showed up in player properly after this)
2. I fully formatted SD card under windows as FAT32, 32kb per sector and then copied all files again
  
And hey, presto, all files are working.
Quite probable that step 2 only would have worked.
 
And by the way, nearly inaudible hiss is gone completely when I switch the btn sound off and switch the player off and on.
