Is it possible to convert Nmm^2 into Nm^2 ? If so, how is it done?

If that's millimeters squared to meters squared, just multiply by 1000^2 = 1000000.

Forgot to mention N= newton. But shouldnt make a difference right?

Nmm^2 = Nm^2 / 10^6

But if you're talking about pressure (which probably makes more sense) then it would be

N/mm^2 = N/m^2 * 10^6
