I've got a LDII that I use at work and I am thinking of getting either a MKII or MKIII to replace it.

I see that both amps have gain switches and jumpers to accommodate various headphone and tube combinations. Being an owner of the LDII I know that you access the PC board by removing the two lower screws on the front and rear plates and then removing the lower cover. It looks like the MKII is similar.

My question is, how do you access the jumpers and switches on the MKIII?

Thanks.

There are little switches on the bottom of the circuit board. When you flip the MkIII over there are oval slots that allow access to them. You just need a small screwdriver or something on those lines to slide the switches where you want them. Same way with the jumpers. Its really easy to switch the gain settings--dont have to take anything apart
