Does Xin offer to upgrade 2nd hand amps? I just bought a Macro IV that will eventually be due an upgrade. I would imagine it wouldnt make much difference to him, but would feel better if anyone knew for sure. Anyone?

As far as I know, you can send it in anytime you want to get the free upgrade no matter it's first hand or 2nd hand. But it's better off to hold it on a bit till thing's settled down aas the longer you wait, the more improvement in sound you can expect. Just my two cents.

Xin emailed me Thursday (9/7) to tell me that now I can send my SM IV (already upgraded in July) back to him for the new upgrades. Are you suggesting to all of us to wait? I emailed him a month or so ago and he told me to wait, but now says he is ready.
