Thanks to all for the prior detailed postings about replacing the V6 pads with those from the Beyer. I just replaced mine, and have one question. I didn't reglue the inner fabric driver covers from the Sony pads, but just inserted them inside the Beyer fabric pads. Has anyone reglued those inner driver covers? I was thinking that some Barge rubber cement, sparingly applied via a syringe along the old glue line, would do the trick, anchoring them on the new pads.
I replaced my pads about 6 months ago.........and like you, I used no glue. The inner covering hasn't moved at all. I don't think the glue is necessary.
