Question about portable Amp/DAC, I post one thread on another section but no one answers...

Good day everyone, any suggested portable Amp/DAC under $650 for my iPod Classic? My IEM is Turbine Pro Copper and Miles Davis Tribute. I'm currently using Fiio 17 but it cannot decode IPC. So I need an upgrade, is Sony-PHA1 and Fostex HPP1 recommended?
