I have a question about how to get the best sound quailty from my MP3 files.  Right now, I am playing music via my computer digitial output to Beachmark DAC1, then to my headphone system or B&W speakers system.  However, I find that my gaming computer is pretty noisy (CPU fans).  If I have $1000, what should I buy to improve the sound quailty?  I also decide to rip all my CD (5000+ CD) to lossless format in the future. Thanks!

Easy and almost free option:
put your pc on the other side of the wall. Drill hole in wall. Send cords through wall. PC is now in a different room and no more fan noise.
Disclaimer: you'll probably be violating some safety law in doing that.

Option 2: Get passive cooling, or water cooling(but wouldn't pumps make noise...?). Passive probably won't work too well for gaming.
