I just Rockboxed my 5.5G 80g IPod. My question is, when I 'Drag n Drop' my FLAC files onto my IPod, where do I actually drop them? Do I just drop them in the root directory, the .rockbox folder or into the iPod_Control\Music folder?

Wherever you want. I have a folder in root called 'Music' and I put all my files under that. Remember to update the RB database when you update the files on there; hold select on the database menu to get the context menu, then select initialize or update db. You can also set it to autoupdate on bootup, but I just do it manually as I don't update the files on mine that often.

Anywhere you want. Since Rockbox is a directory player, and don't rely on a database like the original iPod firmware.

Its probably useful to organize the music in a folder structure though.
Ex. Music/Artist/Album/
