I just got two RCA 1S5 tubes at hands, and ready to roll!

Is there any jumper setting I should temper with before I switch the tubes? I heard that there's a jumper for 1B2, i am not sure if it is for 1B5 as well. Thanks for any input!!

try the tubes first and my advice is do the mods in seperate stages, you can then monitor the inprovements, good luck, valves make a big difference.

I'll show my ignorance - What are jumper settings? Are these like bias settings? How are you making adjustments on your LD II?
