Hi there, I have a question. I believe I might be in the market for a new pair of phones for college, but I might have some connectivity issues.

I have a pc, xbox360, ps3 and wii that I will want to be using my headphones with. Is there a logical way to have all of these sources connected at the same time without destroying sound quality? The pc has a soundblaster x-fi xtremegamer in it, and if need be i can use the digital audio out on both the ps3 and xbox, but not on the wii.

That being said I also need suggestions on a pair of headphones (and amplifier?) to use primarily for gaming and music listening (instrumental jazz, rock, easy listening, electronic, some classical).

I have a fair bit of cash to spend on this stuff, but mostly I want to get the highest quality for my needs.

Please feel free to answer either of my questions!

thanks

i can suggest either an amp with multiple source inputs like my rotel (dunno if any headphone amps have these), or a diy switch box?
