Is there a difference in terms of dac or hp amp between the emu 0404 usb and 0202? Thanks.

If you take a look at the specs for them on the E-MU site, it's clearly shown that the DAC chips are different, and the HP output power is also somewhat higher on the 0202 USB versus the 0404 USB.
