Well, I've done some research and decided that the Asus Xonar D2 is the audio card I'm going to try! It seems to get good reviews - except for gamers and I simply don't care since I have ZERO games. AUDIO BABY! Anyway I think I can spring the $150 or so to pick one up, then all I need is a PC audio to RCA adapter cable and I can plug it into my home receiver.
Anyway I really like having ALL MY MUSIC on the PC, even with my pathetic sound card and speakers. This is the future of audio for me!
Now I'm just a curious person... where is the Asus Xonar D2 made? Are any of these nice sound cards made in America?
Thanks!
