Can anybody point me to a reasonably high quality in-line volume control? I need this to replace the extremely crappy digital volume control in my PJB-100. So, what I would do is set the digital volume to full on the PJB-100, and use the volume control to provide volume attenuation.

I've already used the Radio Shack one, and it's really, really bad. Every time I nudge the miniplug connector, I hear a bit of static. I don't have this problem with any other miniplug connector I've ever used.

I've seen a Koss one on the web. Any thoughts on that or any other volume control?

is this line level control? If so, try the Creek OBH-10 passive volume control. You can get it at www.audioadvisor.com
