The ones I find on amazon seem to have really poor reviews (breaks easily, doesn't make quality contact). 
 
Any suggestions guys? (It's for a Denon D7000's)

I have been fairly nasty to the Grado adapter for a few years now and it still works fine.

Makes good contact. Don't know how easily it breaks, I didn't have problems with it.

I stil say it's better to do it yourself, with your connectors and your wire. You can choose right angle or straight connector, wire length and thickness and percentage of audiophileness.
