There are some third-party headbands / yokes on ebay etc. which list ERA-1 compatibility so that is another option of last resort.

Maybe they will do a paid for repair, if glue or a third party option isn’t going to work for you?unfortunately the supplier said based on the images I provided it does not fall under their warranty.
I guess I'll try to glue them and hope for the best.

I'm thinking of ordering it and trying to swap them myself, and though I have no experience in working on headphones, I do enjoy a challenge. also, this headband looks like it would fit my head a fair bit better than the current one.
I'll let you guys know how it goes when I'm done. if anyone has any tips (if you've worked on these particular headphones) it would be appreciated.
