I've been experiencing an unexpected issue with Downloads over the last couple of days (running Beta 8.1.1.0). Trying to play downloads offline, I get a 'can't play this format, try another release' message, then the little icon that indicates it's downloaded disappears. This has happened on two different devices. On one device, about 100GBs of downloads also disappeared from storage. Any one else experienced this?
Yes indeed - having the same issues. Also, I am experiencing playback pauses when playing from offline storage (this also happens in the current production release as well) I can confirm that this happens on both the Shanling M3U and the M6U but not on iOS. The gaps happen several times in each track. I have also been seeing instances where a significant number of tracks that were previously downloaded are now "not available". This required finding different (or in many cases re-adding the same tracks) back into my playlists. I have posted these bugs in the Qobuz Beta thread on their website but NEVER get a response. I am trying Tidal in parallel as these issues are taking up way too much time.

Thanks. Not just me then. I'd also noted the gaps too.
I used to have a good dialogue withe the beta Devs, but not the last 18 months or so. The app has got a lot better, this this is a shame. Hopefully they'll sort it out soon.

Out of interest, I can't get the Qobuz Android app to play exclusively and bit perfectly with my USB dongle DACs - only their desktop app. Even then I use Audirvana as Qobuz stutters if you as so much try to browse the net whilst streaming. As for streaming from my phone I've been using UAPP for a number of years since. I would have thought that by now their native android app would be more versatile with USB dongles - so users could benefit from their downloads which you can't access through third party apps like UAPP.

Qobuz Sublime DSD is currently for Downloads only​


Just to be clear, currently Qobuz Sublime DSD is for Downloads only, no Streaming yet.

I saw a few posts here and there about Qobuz Sublime DSD and started wondering how I have missed this news. But it turns out that it is currently for Download only, no Streaming yet. Just sharing this here for those may be wondering about it.

I don't think there is even a streaming protocol for DSD. Most wouldn't have a fast enough internet connection for that, even by today's standards.

While using Qobuz with my Windows laptop, my (Holo Audio) ASIO driver buffer size keeps resetting to 1024 samples. Anyone know if this can be prevented somehow? It doesn't happen when using Audirvana.

I have UAPP and Qobuz. Subscribed yesterday. I have logged into Qobuz in UAPP. Why can I not search for an Artist?

I am experiencing an issue with searching for artists in Qobuz through the USB Audio Player Pro (UAPP) app.

HQ Player has offered direct reception, search, and navigation for Qobuz through the HQP Client control app. It is very convenient.
